W60Cu40 W-Cu alloy is characterized by high melting point, high hardness, combustion resistance, good resistance to adhesion, electrolytic corrosion products with smooth surface, high precision and low loss. Because of the combined advantages of tungsten and copper products are high temperature resistance, arc ablation resistance, high strength, specific gravity, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, easy cutting and sweating cooling.

W60Cu40 tungsten-copper is made of high quality tungsten and copper powder, refined by impregnation and sintering process, which can withstand high temperature and high stress near 2000℃, with high melting point, high hardness, good flame resistance and anti-adhesion, and the product surface finish is resistant to electrolytic corrosion, high precision and low loss.

W60Cu40 alloy has a wide range of applications, mainly used in high-temperature occasions that require high-temperature thermal conductivity, such as electrodes, molds and so on.

W60Cu40 tungsten and copper are widely used as materials for high-voltage and ultra-hydraulic switch contacts and circuit breakers, protection rings and electric upsetting anvils, and as materials for conductive nozzles, plasma cutter nozzles, welders, electric welder heads, seam welding wheels, electrodes for sealing gas points and spark electrodes, spot welding and butt welding.
